Trust is a gift we deserve by a concrete attitude and actions. To trust someone means to rely on them, to keep one’s engagements, to entrust something of ourselves to someone else’s control, to show vulnerability, to take on the risk of someone else’s inability or deceit. This is what is found behind the credit of trust to other people as well as the consequent ability to delegate. We, at first, must believe in our clients and in their evolution, to help them to develop a self confidence and a trust in others.
